Dimensions of Leadership

The
Dimensions of Leadership Program was developed by Mats Holmér, one
of the top 10 leadership trainers in the world. Mats has worked
with managerial development and leadership training since the
1980’s. For much of this time,
Mats was associated with Leadership Management International (LMI).
Within LMI he was a member of the Leadership Council and the Top
Producers Group, as well as an Executive Senior Partner of its
Swedish organisation. Around 1,200 people have completed individual
programs under Mats’s guidance. A further 1,000 have had one-off
consultations with him, and thousands more have attended seminars
and workshops.

Mats'
personal observations, combined with theoretical psychological
models and research carried out on tens of thousands of individuals
